Mr. DeWit Pieterse. Big D Towing was established in 2006, and backed with 18 years experience; and becoming a dynamic fast growing business. Big D towing and roadside assistance specialize in carrying of automobiles, equipment machinery, tractors and implements with the right equipment for real roadside assistance.  We will be happy to provide you whit our best service at all times whether you’re a customer or a service provider. With our 18 years experience in the automotive towing and roadside assistance, the professionals at Big D Towing and Roadside Assistance can handle most any need that may arise.

We currently operate 17 fully equipped, state of the art towing, recovery and service vehicles, which include 9 conventional trucks and 8 rollbacks. These vehicles are meticulously serviced and maintained for safety and reliability. Each tow truck and operator is licensed to operate in Southern Africa. We anticipate further expanding our fleet in the very near future.

Big D Towing Store the accident damaged vehicles at our storage or kept yard until authorization received from the insurance company to re-tow the vehicle or if the vehicle will be collected, alternatively the client will request the vehicle to be moved to a destination of their choice.

Big D Towing consist of a +- 1000 square meter storage facility, located in Brits CBD. Our yard / storage site is under 24hr security, and entrance onto this facility is only available through pre- authorization.

Shade Net storage is available for the more expensive type of vehicles to prevent further damage.
